About Nikhil Plouffe

Nikhil grew up in Weybridge, Vermont and is a long time member of his community with connections in both New York State and Vermont. Starting young in the real estate business as a college student has given him plenty of time to hone his skills and grow experience. He is a graduate of Castleton University with a degree in Business Marketing. With a father in the construction business, Nikhil learned about houses and how they are built from the ground up as a child, and he discovered a passion for both architecture and real estate development. His success has stemmed from essential skills that are a great benefit to his clients including contract management, communication, and foresight to handle any and all issues before they manifest. He has enhanced management abilities and cultivated a reputation through coaching athletics. He has served as an elected member of his municipality's selectboard. In his spare time, Nikhil is an avid runner and road cyclist.
